zineare | technical specification PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Zineare is a seating system designed to sustain long-term use without sacrificing comfort. It is exceptionally robust and requires minimal maintenance. Zineare’s flexible modular nature offers a multitude of elements in many finishes. The design includes seat and backrest plus beam, arm, leg, table and bench units. There are three leg options including a bolt down version. Zineare enables many options to be achieved, i.e. back to back seating, modules of seat and table spaces from 2 – 6 units that can be arranged in continuous rows. Tables can be added at any point in the row to respond to planning layout requirements. The seats, backrests and benches can be upholstered in PVC, fabric or hide in a wide choice of colours or finished in veneered or laminated plywood. SUPPORTING BEAM 60mm x 60mm x 3mm Square Steel Tube EN43A P+O. 1km semi – bright electric resistant welded steel tubes to B.S6323 part 5. Manufactured from triangular section cold drawn welded steel tube with a 3mm wall thickness, welded to 50x50x2mm demountable tubular supports, covered by a shroud of 70x70x2mm square section tube. Feet are fitted with nylon glides if freestanding. Tubes to B.S6323 Part 5. From 2.5mm CR4 Mild Steel or Stainless Steel perforated sheet formed to shape. Riveted to 6mm thick laser profiled ribs. Alternatively, plywood finished in polished show wood veneer or decorative laminate can be specified. SEAT AND BACK CUSHIONS Removable upholstery pads finished in PVC, Hide or Fabric. Upholstery material is fitted over fire retardant foam secured to preformed plywood inner support shapes, which are mechanically fixed to the steel body shapes. From 40x5mm bright drawn steel strip with rounded edges to B.S6323 part 5, formed to shape and finished in nickel chrome or paint (to customer specification). Fabricated from perforated mild steel with rolled edges. Alternatively table tops can be constructed from a range of standard board materials faced and balanced using decorative laminates in a choice of colours, with integrally moulded polyurethane bullnose edges.
