technical specification zigzag | system seating PRODUCT DESCRIPTION The versatile Zig Zag multiple seating system for airport lounges and reception areas can be made to any length or configuration comprising of curves or straight sections. Armrests can be introduced in any position. Zig Zag provides a pleasing and flowing focal point for any modern interior. Back to back seating can also be achieved, further enhancing this aesthetically pleasing option. All seating components of the Zig Zag design are easily replaceable due to its clever yet simple construction. UPHOLSTERED SEAT AND BEAM Constructed from plywood or MDF for the structural elements, then padded with high quality fire retardant foam. Seat and back cushions can be upholstered to customers specification subject only to manufacturers approval of suitability. ARMS Arm pads are available fully upholstered with a plywood structural core and padded with high quality fire retardant foam. The upholstery material is to the customers specification subject only to manufacturers approval of suitability. Arm pads are also available in a range of environmentally friendly and sustainable european or North American hardwoods. Arm pad supports are manufactured form laser profiled mild steel, these can be introduced at any position between the seat pads and are fully interchangeable. Arm pad supports can be powder coated to client specification in any RAL colour. LEGS Legs are manufactured from 30mm mild steel tube and are fitted with high quality plastic glides to protect floors. Legs can be chromium plated or powder coated to client specification in any RAL colour. SEATING SUPPORT CHASSIS Manufactured from 35mm x 15mm flat sided oval steel tube and 35mm x 6mm bright mild steel. Manufactured to suit clients requirements of layout configuration.
