- Furniture & Bedding: HACOflex® combines nonwoven and foam for lamination and undersewing. HACOtex® is a nonwoven with a textile cover suitable for undersewing. HACOsoft® and HACOfill® are voluminous nonwovens for various applications, including padded bandages for plaster casts and disposable pillows and blankets.
- Medical: Products include semi-automated and customized packaging solutions.
- Building & Construction: HACOloft® is a needle-punched nonwoven for acoustic and thermal insulation, recyclable and can contain up to 80% recycled fibers. HACObond® offers excellent acoustic and thermal performance, certified by the Ecolabel "Blauer Engel" and meets building material standards.
- Composites: HACOloft® Core is designed for optimum resin flow and good drapability. HACOloft® Breather and Overlay nonwovens are used for resin absorption and optimal surface appearance, respectively.
- Reduce: Focus on reducing energy and water consumption and material use.
- Reuse: Edge waste is returned to the production cycle, and PET recycled fibers are utilized.
- Recycle: Materials are designed for recyclability, using PET flakes from bottle recycling. The company aims to reduce CO2 emissions by 30% (scope 1 & 2) and 15% (scope 3) by 2030.
- High Recycled Content: Products reach up to 80% recycled content, with many being 100% recyclable and certified according to Öko Tex Standard 100. HACObond® insulation is awarded the "Blauer Engel" ecolabel.
- Biodegradable Solutions: New products made from biodegradable polyester fibers are offered.
