DUOO Furniture Collection Overview

The DUOO collection draws inspiration from the pair of samurai swords called Daisho. It embraces minimalist principles by eliminating unnecessary details and focusing only on functional elements or those that contribute to the authentic style of the line. For example, the ends of the writing and coffee tables resemble the shape of Japanese sword blades.

Design Philosophy

The entire collection embodies the concept of duality — combining two elements within each piece: the natural beauty of wood veneer and the strength of metal. This harmony of form and content is central to the collection's identity.

The collection was designed by Andriy Mohyla, founder of CITEK design studio and THECASE professional search service for designers. With over ten years of experience in private and commercial interiors and a regular participant in interior design competitions, he is the author of the DUOO furniture collection for ZEGEN company.
