1.3. Transport Information 1.3.1. Delivery of the Unit For transportation, the heat pumps are fixed on the pallet and covered with a cardboard box. To protect from any damage, the heat pump must be transferred in its package. Even if transport is at the supplier's expense, any material may be damaged on its way to the customer, and it is the recipient's responsibility to ensure that the delivery conforms to specifications.
