The system includes a multi-function digital display, alarms with an autodiagnosis system, and special cycles like rapid cooking chamber cool-down and time extension at the end of cooking. FastSteam technology ensures immediate steam generation, and programmable FCS technology aids in humidity extraction. The cooking chamber is made of 304 stainless steel, and the unit features an ergonomic handle compliant with HACCP standards.
