Installation Recommendations

Tiles must remain in original packaging until installation to preserve finish quality; long-term storage requires coverage.
Use specific adhesives and grouting materials suitable for the environment; traditional mortars are not recommended.
All joints (structural, perimeter, expansion, installation) must be properly planned and executed; minimum installation joint recommended is 2 mm (0.79 in).

Maintenance and Cleaning

After installation, remove adhesive and grout residues with a commercial descaling product diluted with water; contact time should not exceed 5 minutes.
Avoid powder detergents, wire wool, or abrasive materials; use a sponge with warm water and neutral liquid soap, followed by thorough rinsing with clean water.

Recommendations / Recomendaciones Packing / Encajado WAREHOUSING In order to guarantee the characteristics of the finish the product must be kept in its original packaging until the time of fixing. If the product is likely to be stored for a long period of time it should be suitably covered. TILE FIXING To ensure the products adhere correctly to the surface, it is essential to use specific adhesive and grouting material.
