paper yarn carpet eng / de / fi HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR WOODNOTES paper yarn CARPET Care instructions Woodnotes paper yarn carpets are supplied with industrial soil-repellent treatment. The treatment forms a protective molecule foil on the surface and prevents dirt from soaking into the paper fibre. It makes it easier to care for the carpet. The protection lasts for about 1-3 years, depending on the using conditions. The treatment can be renewed. Before re-treating the carpet, it is advisable to have the carpet cleaned. Vacuum cleaning is sufficient for every day care of a Woodnotes carpet. To remove any loose dirt, you can wipe the carpet with a lightly damp soft cloth. Paper twine carpeting should not be beaten or shaken. If you want to air your carpet, you should roll it loosely and place it in vertical direction on a flat surface. Removal of stains Stains or spots should be removed immediately. Any dried surface stains such as food and other protein stains or stearine should be scraped off, for instance with a sharp knife. Be careful not to damage the surface of the paper twine. Any liquids (juice etc.) spilled onto the carpet should be removed immediately with a piece of kitchen towel or white, absorbent, damp cotton terry towel. The affected area should be treated by tapping it with a damp sponge or towel. A drop of mild washing-up liquid can also be used. Do not rub. Rinse out by using a clean damp sponge or towel. Washing Avoid unnecessary cleaning and washing. Shampoo cleaning with a washer fitted with a vacuum extractor. Restricted and careful level wash by specialist carpet cleaners. Do not spin-dry. Do not soak. Do not bleach. Do not wash and/or dry in a cylinder machine. Do not dry clean.

Durch die Behandlung wird auf der Oberfl äche eine dünne Molekülschicht ge bildet, die verhindert, dass Schmutz von der Papierschnur aufgesogen wird. Diese Ausrüstung erleichtert somit auch die Pfl ege. Der Schutz hält 1 bis 3 Jahre, abhängig von der Beanspruchung. Die Softcare-Ausrüstung kann erneuert werden.
