Regent Street London As one of the main commercial streets in central London, Regent Street was completed in 1825 to the original plans by the architect John Nash. Parliament Building Budapest Facing the river Danube in Budapest the Hungarian parliament building was completed in 1904 in the neogothic style by architect Imre Steindl. A representative building was created which symbolizes the sovereignty of the Hungarian nation. Some years ago the illumination of the 268 metre long façade facing the Danube was realised using Superlight floodlights for sodium vapour lamps. Hotel Carlton Lyon Situated between the Rhône and Saône rivers the Hotel Carlton was built in 1894 as a "petit palace" in Lyon. With its imposing façade, rich in ornamental detail and surrounded by forged iron balconies, the building is a fine example of Hausmanian architecture. Kajparterren Stockholm The Kajparterren project is part of a re-development along the waterfront in one of Stockholm’s central districts – Kungsholmen. It is integrated in a recreation area, a park with a flowing concrete promenade along the water. The waterline, granite walls, and the poles are all drawn in curved lines. Close to the water a row of pole mounted Nightspot luminaires provides public area lighting and accent lighting for the flow-shaped granite walls.
