Milestones and Solutions
The Williams Scotsman solution involved an accelerated construction approach, manufacturing modular building components in parallel with site work. This expedited the construction process. The project was fully design-built using an experienced A&E team, utilizing natural site contours and blending with existing campus architecture.
Project Outcome
The 14,144 sq. ft. facility was built to meet codes including IBG, ADA, IPC, NEC, IMG, and IECC. It features a central boiler, chillers, full medical gases, level-2 BSCs and fume hoods, pressurized spaces, filtration, humidification, VFPs, VAVs, redundant power, inhalation chamber, fluoroscopy, code blue, and commissioning.
