Starwood Development initiated the construction of a luxury gated golf course community in Rancho Santa Fe, California, featuring custom homes. The project aimed to establish an immediate on-site sales presence that reflected the quality expected by discerning homebuyers.

Client Requirements
The sales center needed to embody Bing Crosby's legacy, showcasing graceful character and elegant design. It was essential for the center to mirror the upscale nature of the community.

Williams Scotsman Solution
The sales center featured a handcrafted wood, glass, and wrought iron front door, setting the tone for the homebuyer's experience. Inside, it replicated Bing Crosby's study, included a presentation area, offices, a kitchen, and restrooms. Architectural details comprised imported Italian marble, exposed beams, cathedral ceilings, natural hardwood floors, a built-in fireplace, and designer lighting. The exterior boasted traditional Spanish Colonial architecture with a Mexican tiled roof, stucco finish, and recessed windows. A deck with a grapevine-covered trellis offered scenic views.

Outcome
The project resulted in the timely delivery of an affordable sales center that aligned perfectly with the client's marketing and architectural vision. Homebuyers were impressed with the tasteful representation, perceiving it as indicative of the quality of their future homes.
