Shortly after opening, the new hospital required 24 additional beds to meet quickly rising patient needs. The hospital was at maximum capacity and administrators were considering sacrificing essential office space to maintain quality patient care. ModSpace moved quickly to create an attractive new facility immediately adjacent to the primary facility using a combination of 12 remanufactured modular buildings and new construction. The modular buildings were taken from existing ModSpace inventory which allowed the ModSpace Construction Services Team to have the modular complex ready for occupancy in just 52 days.
