Weberend MPR - 1

Pre-blended multi-purpose traditional render for use as an undercoat • Provides an excellent background for Weber finishes such as paints and synthetic coatings • Can be applied to most suitably prepared substrates, including: brickwork blockwork concrete • Is suitable for trowel and spray application Constraints Do not apply to gypsum plaster or previously painted surfaces. About this product weberend MPR is a proprietary render based on Portland cement, lime, sand and other additives which reduce the capillary water absorption. Factory produced as a pre-blended dry powder from carefully selected raw materials for consistency of product it only requires the addition of water on site. Technical data Formulated to comply with the mix designations within the specifications of BS 5262, Code of practice for external rendering. Contains specially blended sands and additives to improve workability and reduce shrinkage cracking. The render mix has been designed for moderate strength backgrounds and moderate to severe exposure conditions. All surfaces must be sound, clean, dry and free of any material which may impair adhesion. Scaffolding must be independently tied to allow for uninterrupted application. Any faults in the structure, particularly those which may lead to moisture penetration must be rectified. On poorly keyed surfaces, for example smoothconcrete or substrates of uneven or high suction weberend aid should be used. Mask around the areas where material is to be applied.
