  • Reliable sealing
  • Adjustable reaction time with accelerator WEBAC® B15
Instructions for Use
Application can be performed using a 1C or 2C pump. For 1C pumps, components A and B must be mixed homogeneously, while no premixing is needed for 2C pumps.
Technical Parameters
  • Mixing ratio: 1:1 parts by volume
  • Apparent density of foam: 45 kg/m3
  • Processing life: 120 minutes at various temperatures
  • Application temperature: > 5 °C
  • Viscosity varies with temperature
  • Reaction time with 10% water varies with temperature
  • Expansion with 10% water: 15-times
  • Watertightness: 1 bar
Procedures
Preparatory Work
  • Conduct structural analysis considering structural condition, water loads, and salt contamination.
  • Assess crack characteristics and significance for building structure.
Mixing
  • Ensure containers are mixed according to the required ratio and avoid moisture contact.
  • Use the mixture within 2 hours for optimal foam structure.
Application
  • Injection pressure depends on building conditions and desired filling level.
  • Pure WEBAC PU injection foam resin should be used without impurities.
  • Secondary injection may be necessary for durable sealing.
Final Work
  • Remove packers and close drill holes with suitable materials after curing.
Cleaning
  • Clean equipment with WEBAC® Cleaner A or B as appropriate.
  • Fill pump systems with lubricant or hydraulic oil during long standstill periods.
Storage
  • Store between 5 °C and 30 °C, protected from moisture, in original sealed containers.
Occupational Safety
Follow safety regulations and refer to WEBAC Material Safety Data Sheets.
General Information
WEBAC PU Injection Foam Resins are designed for quickly and temporarily stopping water, especially in high-pressure situations such as dam building and tunnel construction. They are compatible with various materials and resistant to common building chemicals. A secondary injection is recommended for durable sealing.
Waste Disposal
In Germany, dispose of empty containers via Interseroh Dienstleistungs GmbH. Refer to specific information sheets for details.

PU Injection Foam Resins - WEBAC® 157-4

General Information WEBAC PU Injection Foam Resins To ensure durable limited-flexibility filling and sealing of cracks, a secondary injection with WEBAC PU injection resins is necessary depending on the object. Immediately after the injection of WEBAC PU injection foam resins, the secondary injection can usually be carried out via the same drill-hole packers. However, if the secondary injection is carried out several hours later it may be necessary to install new drill-hole packers in different positions. • Observe the technical data sheets of the injection pumps and cleaners used • Refer to...
