Product catalog summary
General Information
WEBAC PU Injection Foam Resins are designed for rapid and temporary water ingress control, particularly effective in high-pressure environments such as dam, tunnel, and bridge construction. They are compatible with various materials and resistant to common building chemicals. A secondary injection is recommended for durable sealing.

Preparatory Work
Conduct a structural analysis before injection to assess conditions like structural integrity, water loads, salt contamination, and crack characteristics. This helps in selecting appropriate filling materials and positioning drill holes. Measures may be needed to manage high water flow rates.

Mixing Instructions
Mixing should follow specified ratios, avoiding moisture contact. The mixture is sensitive to air humidity and should be used within 2 hours. Remove any skin formed by air humidity before use.

Application Process
Adjust injection pressure based on structural conditions. The reaction speed is temperature-dependent, with higher temperatures accelerating the process. Conduct injections in intervals to monitor material reactions. Use only pure WEBAC PU injection foam resin. For 1C pumps, transfer and stir the mixed material. For 2C pumps, ensure components are mixed homogeneously. Secondary injections may be necessary for durable sealing.

Final Work
After injection and curing, remove packers and close drill holes with suitable materials.

Cleaning and Maintenance
For 1C pumps, clean with WEBAC® Cleaner A during long interruptions and after use. For 2C pumps, rinse with component A for short interruptions and clean with Cleaner A for longer ones. Use Cleaner B for cured material etching. Fill the pump system with lubricant or hydraulic oil for long standstill periods.

Technical Parameters
Key parameters include mixing ratios, apparent density, processing life, application temperature, viscosity, reaction time, and expansion rates. These parameters are crucial for ensuring effective application and performance.

Range of Application
Applications include filling gaps in masonry, solidifying fissured masonry, and sealing anchor heads. The resins offer variable reaction times and are universally applicable.

Special Properties
The resins have a mixing ratio (MR) from 1:10 to 1:1, with consistency ranging from soft to solid, making them versatile for various applications.

Storage Guidelines
Store between 5 °C and 30 °C, protected from moisture, in original sealed containers.

Occupational Safety
Follow safety regulations and ensure safety data sheets are accessible. Refer to the "Occupational Safety" information sheet for more details.

Waste Disposal
In Germany, dispose of empty containers via Interseroh Dienstleistungs GmbH. Refer to the "Information on the disposal and return of WEBAC packaging" for more details.

PU Injection Foam Resins - WEBAC® 151-4

General Information WEBAC PU Injection Foam Resins To ensure durable limited-flexibility filling and sealing of cracks, a secondary injection with WEBAC PU injection resins is necessary depending on the object. Immediately after the injection of WEBAC PU injection foam resins, the secondary injection can usually be carried out via the same drill-hole packers. However, if the secondary injection is carried out several hours later it may be necessary to install new drill-hole packers in different positions. • Observe the technical data sheets of the injection pumps and cleaners used • Refer to...
