GRIPSOL® ROUGE 11 ANTI-VIBRATOIRE
The GRIPSOL® ROUGE 11 is a self-sealing shock absorber recommended for low-tonnage machines without oil at their base, such as routers, circular saws, planers, electrical cabinets, and wood lathes. It has dimensions of 500x500 mm, a thickness of 11 mm, and a maximum load capacity of 4 kg/cm².
For a machine like a router operating at 2,000 rpm and weighing 1,200 kg with four support points in a dry environment, the optimal load per cm² is 3 kg. Each support point requires a surface area of 100 cm², with an additional 10 mm safety margin, recommending four supports of 110 x 110 x 11 mm.
The product offers a slip resistance of 1.9, vibration transmission reduction of 87%, and noise reduction of 16 dBA. It is made from SBR/NR material, offering excellent resistance to oils, detergents, and acids, and operates effectively between -30 to +65°C.
