Technical Data Sheet UNIVERSAL SEALER Harden and dust-proof porous concrete DESCRIPTION AND USES COMPANION PRODUCTS Universal Sealer is a colorless liquid resin that penetrates into concrete or other porous materials to provide a dust-free, hardened surface. It strengthens weak, dusty or poor quality concrete. It is easily applied to new or old concrete surfaces using a soft broom. For non-porous surfaces, we recommend Floor-Shield. Universal Sealer can be applied to both interior and exterior concrete surface. It is ideal for most industrial floors including warehouses, machine shops and more. SURFACE PREPARATION The surface to be treated must be dry and free from all loose material and previous coatings. Oil or grease should be removed with Concroff™ or a similar emulsifying degreasant and the area hosed off with water and allowed to dry. The surface must be porous to allow the Universal Sealer to penetrate. If there is doubt that the substrate is absorbent, pour some water onto the surface.
