The Roofite® range Watco Roofite® Quick Patch A convenient, brush applied repair for holes, splits and around pipes etc. Instant emergency repair in handy pack size, easy storage in offices or vehicle. Consistency slightly thicker than Watco Roofite. Availability: 1 kg container. Coverage: 1kg = 1m² at 1mm thick. Drying Time: 24-48 hours. Roofite® Joint Fill A rubberised roof and gutter lap jointing sealant used to repair and prevent further leaks in roofs, gutters and down pipes. Ideal for application to roofing felt, metal, paint, stone, brick and construction grade plastics....

Watco Roofite® Pour & Restore A thicker but pourable product which can be squeegee applied, enabling large areas of flat roof to be coated quickly and easily. Leaves a thick waterproof, flexible coating. Availability: 10 kg. Coverage: 2.5m² at 3mm thick. 3.75m² at 2mm thick. Drying Time: 24 hours in dry conditions. Roofite® Repair Mastic Thick, trowellable, flexible waterproofer. Suitable for filling horizontal or vertical holes and depressions where sitting water can become a problem. Availability: 5kg. Coverage: 5kg = 5m² at 1mm thick. Drying Times: 24 - 48 hours.

Watco Roofite® Solar Reflective A thick bitumen-based weatherproofer with aluminium flake added for extra solar reflective properties. Availability: 10kg and 25 kg containers. Coverage: 10kg = 10m² 25kg = 25m² Drying Time: 24 hours to form a surface skin. Drying will commence when all surface water has evaporated.
