WATERPROOF MORTARS/RAPID-SETTING MORTARS Quick-setting and hardening waterproof hydraulic mortar, ideal for quick, localised waterproofing jobs, even in the presence of pressurised water. PRODUCT APPLICATION • Quick sealing of localised, pressurised water flows • To rapidly prepare and finish waterproofing • To seal cracks, together with hydro-expansive mastic AKTI-VO 201 • Excellent waterproofing • Rapid-setting • No shrinkage • Instantaneously block water flows, even if pressurised • Easy to use • High mechanical resistance Clean the surface from any loose parts, salt, traces of grease and anything that could prevent even adhesion of TAP 3 to the wall surface. Prepare the TAP 3 mixture in small quantities by pouring the water into the container (1/4 l per kg of TAP 3 equivalent to 24%) and then add the ready-mixed compound. Mix manually until TAP 3 is smooth with thixotropic consistence and immediately apply the necessary quantity to the water inflow. If TAP 3 is used to block localised and pressurised water inflows, keep the mixture pressed with your hand until it hardens completely (approx. 3 minutes). PLEASE NOTE: Create the seats for the TAP 3 application before starting, making sure there are no protruding concrete parts on the surface and roughen the surface, if necessary. TAP 3 must be mixed with warm water if the temperature is low.

The products must be stored in a dry place protected from sun and humidity. WARNINGS - IMPORTANT NOTES TAP 3 mixed with water must be used within a maximum of 3 minutes. Never regenerate the mixture by adding water.
