PAINT FLOOR PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Solvent-free, semi-glossy, walk-on, two-component polyurethane paint, recommended for the non-slip finish of any surface requiring walk-on paint. PRODUCT APPLICATION • Screeds and cement-based flooring in general • Coloured finish of Volteco waterproofing products when walk-on paint is requested Contact VOLTECO Technical Service for particular uses. • Highly resistant to abrasion • Excellent walkability • Coloured finish of Volteco waterproofing products when walk-on paint is requested • Easy application and quick maintenance • Possibility of using it as a finish in place of tiles • Suitable for both indoor and outdoor application Elastic cement-based coatings Make sure the cement-based coating completes the curing process (drying time lasts at least 7 days when applied in standard temperature and humidity conditions). Level with a minimum thickness of 3 mm and maximum 1 cm (for thicknesses > 5 mm proceed with alternate layers) with X-RAPID levelling compound or FLEXOMIX 30 mortar. When curing is complete, proceed to apply the relative PROFIX 60 primer (see related technical sheet); when absorption is complete, proceed with PAINT FLOOR application. Cement-based surface The surface must have a minimum compressive strength of 15 N/mm² and the relative humidity must not exceed 4-5%. If necessary, restore missing parts or seal any cracks by applying a suitable cement-based levelling compound. Apply PROFIX 60 primer (see related technical data sheet). Preparing the product Mix component A (paste) thoroughly for a few minutes with a drill-mixer and then pour all of component B (hardening agent) into the recipient of component A. Proceed with mixing, with a drill-mixer, at a speed of 300/400 rpm for at least 2 minutes until it is completely homogeneous.

PAINT FLOOR Pour the mixture into a clean container and complete mixing with a drill-mixer for an additional 1÷2 minutes. The mixture can be used for the subsequent 24 hours after being mixed, as long as it is stored in the perfectly closed container and in normal storage conditions. Application The surfaces must be perfectly dry. Pay attention to condensation and dew deposited on the surfaces, especially if the product is applied early morning.
