PRODUCTS FOR CONSOLIDATION AND STRUCTURAL BONDING MICROLIME GEL PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Injectable gel to re-aggregate and strengthen rubble masonry or similar walls, by filling empty spaces evenly and uniformly, without any undesirable spreading. PRODUCT APPLICATION • To re-aggregate and strengthen rubble masonry or similar walls (presence of cavities) by means of injection • To re-aggregate and strengthen walls by means of injection, in which the mixture cannot be contained and stopped from spreading, such as foundations and retaining walls • Practical injectability • Easy spot interventions, as a filler and well as a strengthening product, thanks to retention in the injection zone • It increases the performance of the wall structures • Mechanical resistance and modulus of elasticity compatible with the values of the materials and the wall structures involved in the works Preparing the surfaces Non-plastered wall surfaces involved in the injection process must be previously plastered. Preparing the grid of holes The layout of the hole grid depends on the type of wall and the degree of uniformity to be achieved, and must be carried out in at least two phases. Normally, a first set of holes (Ø 18 - 24 mm) is made on the wall to be strengthened, slightly downward, aligned horizontally and vertically and at an equal distance (approx. 100 cm apart), into which the specific injectors are then secured. After the first phase of injections, a second set of holes will be made at the centre of the grid set-up previously, and another injection phase will then be performed. Preparing the mixture Pour 6 l of water (30% in weight) into a container with the mixer running, slowly add the powder and mix it for approx. 3 minutes until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps, then pour it into the injection pump. Performing the injections Twenty-four hours prior to injection, soak the wall by injecting water into the previously drilled holes.

Once injection is complete, seal the injectors and continue to inject the upper rows of holes. CONSUMPTION AND YIELD A package of MICROLIME GEL produces approx. 14 l of mixture with a gel consistency. The product is packed in 20 kg bags. The products must be stored in a dry place protected from sun and humidity. WARNINGS - IMPORTANT NOTES The product must be used within 30 minutes after mixing.
