PROTECTIVE WATERPROOF LEVELLING COMPOUNDS CP0 is a thick mineral organic finish coating for outdoor and indoor use, featuring high breathability and water resistance, composed of water-dispersed acrylic-siloxane resins with a final coarse appearance. CP0 features flexibility performance that can be enhanced when used in combination with CP1/CP2 levelling products and FLEXONET elastic mesh. PRODUCT APPLICATION Protection and finish of walls in general, both outdoors and indoors. Particularly suitable for: • Cement-based or lime plasters, both new and well-cured or old and well-adhered to surface • Light plasters and thermo-insulating plasters, as well as absorbent and non-absorbent • Surfaces with synthetic finishes or plastic paint • Exterior insulation systems, on either on relative reinforced levelling or on existing finishing coats • Concrete surfaces • Finishing of systems CP1 and CP2 or X-LIME and X-RAPID • Excellent water repellency • Good breathability • Good flexibility, especially in combination with CP1/CP2 and FLEXONET • Excellent adhesion to both mineral supports and painted surfaces • Fine aesthetic appearance, coarse and coloured effect • Compact effect, excellent filling and covering capability • Resistant to the formation and proliferation of mould, algae and fungi • Long-lasting thanks to high resistance to atmospheric agents and UV rays • Practical package, ready to use Surfaces with the presence of mould, algae and fungi Thoroughly high-pressure clean the surfaces to remove any micro-organisms, wait for them to dry and apply an undiluted coat of PROCLEAN disinfectant treatment (see relative data sheet), then wait at least 2-3 hours before applying the base product of the following coating. With widespread micro-cracks it is possible to apply the FLEXONET mesh over all the surfaces, embedding it in a layer of CP1 or CP2, taking care to position the sheets lined up next to each other without overlapping them. PROTECTIVE WATERPROOF LEVELLING COMPOUNDS Consumption can vary based on absorption and irregularity of the surface: with a homogeneous surface it is approximately 2.2-2.4 kg/m². CP0 is packed in 25 kg pails. The product must be stored in a dry place without being exposed to frost and heat (maximum temperature: 40°C) or direct exposure to the sun before being applied.
