Textiles & Objects Shop Girard is one of the most influential figures in 20th-century American design. He did much of his ground-breaking work in Santa Fe, New Mexico, where he was highly influenced by Central American folk art. His colored and patterned textiles are as fresh today as they were when they were first introduced over 50 years ago. Girard's designs brings a sensual and playful element to contemporary furnishings. Alexander Girard's motif cushion covers give the Suita Sofa a warm, personal look.
