Jasper Morrison is well-known for his design style, which, rather than being striking and extraordinary, is unassuming and functional - super normal and suitable for everyday use. With HAL, Jasper Morrison has reinterpreted the multifunctional shell chair and created a varied chair range with a distinctly contemporary appearance. The shape of HAL's shell ensures great freedom of movement and the slightly flexible plastic makes many different sitting positions possible – even enabling you to sit side ways or astride the chair. The seat shells made of either plastic or wood can be combined with many different legs. And, as the HAL series comes in a wide range of colours, you can choose from an endless range of combinations depending on the respective area of use. A seat cover, which can be easily put on and removed, is available for all versions. Materials: ƒ Shell: dyed-through polypropylene or plywood made of oak or walnut. ƒ Legs: solid wood, chrome-plated steel tube or powder-coated steel tube; suitable for outdoor. All legs feature glides for carpets.
