The .03 chair, designed by Maarten Van Severen in 1998, is characterized by its sleek and slim shape, embodying the 'less is more' design philosophy. Despite its minimalist appearance, the chair offers unexpected comfort due to its resilient polyurethane integral foam construction, which adapts to the user's body.

Construction and Materials
The seat shell is made from integral skin polyurethane foam, providing an upholstered effect. It features a cantilever construction on a tubular steel frame, with a flexible backrest supported by integrated leaf springs for added comfort. The base consists of back legs made from tubular steel and front legs from aluminum profile, available in a powder-coated smooth finish or chrome-plated.

Stackability and Versions
The chair is available in stacking and non-stacking versions. Up to 12 chairs can be stacked on the floor, and up to 20 on a stacking trolley. It is equipped with plastic glides for carpeted floors or felt glides for hard floors.

Dimensions
The chair's dimensions are compliant with EN 1335-1 standards, with specific measurements provided for various parts of the chair.

Colors and Finishes
The .03 chair is available in several colors, including basic dark, grey, bright red, dark grey, avocado, light grey, poppy red, and chocolate. The finishes include powder-coated smooth and glanzchrom.
