KINDER PAINT ECO Ecological emulsion paint Premium quality ecological emulsion paint for children’s rooms (interior use). It is certified by the Greek Council for Eco-label Awards (ASAOS) and fulfils the criteria of European Union Eco-labelling Board (EUEB). It is applied easily and gives a smooth surface without brush or joint marks. It provides great hiding power, exceptional whiteness and fastness to frequent washing. It is virtually odourless during its application because it does not contain ammonia or any other dangerous substances, such as aromatic hydrocarbons, free formaldehyde, heavy metals or alkylphenolethoxylates. • Ecological • Ideal for children’s rooms • Exceptional whiteness and fastness to frequent washing COLOURS Available in white and unlimited number of shades through Vitex’s Colorfull Tinting System. PACKAGING White SPREADING RATE 10 - 12 m2/ L according to ISO 6504-1 per coat on properly prepared surfaces. VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) CONTENT EU maximum VOC content limit values (Directive 2004/42/CE) for this product (category A/a “Interior matt walls and ceilings (Gloss<25@60°)”, Type WB): 30 g/L. This product contains maximum 14,5 g/L VOCs (ready for use). SURFACE PREPARATION Surfaces should be smooth, clean and dry, free from grease, dust, loose or flaking paint. To fill any cracks or holes use Acrylic Putty or Visto. Surfaces previously covered with water paints or distempers (lime wash or ceiling white) should be primed with Acrylan Unco Eco. New surfaces made of plaster, concrete, cement, plasterboard, etc. should be first primed with Acrylan Unco Eco or Blanco Eco. Surfaces stained from smoke, graffity, coffee or any other kind of stain should first be primed with Blanco Eco. It is touch-dry after 30-60 minutes and can be recoated after 3-4 hours. Drying time depends on weather conditions (humidity and temperature). Allow at least 3 weeks before cleaning and washing newly painted surfaces with Kinder Paint Eco. Wash gently with water using a soft sponge. In case of bad stains, use a mild colourless detergent or soapy water. After application, seal the pail and store it in temperatures between 5°C and 35°C for future use. Tools must be cleaned immediately after use with water and if needed with soapy water or a detergent. Do not dispose of liquid waste into ground water table. Unused paint requires special handling for safe disposal. Advice regarding disposal and collection should be sought from the local authority. TECHNICAL CHARASTERISTICS Viscosity STORAGE Containers must be kept closed in a cool, dry, well ventilated area protected from direct sunlight at temperatures between 5°C - 38°C.
