The seating cushions are made of expanded polyurethane with a density of 30 Kg/m3, covered with 200g resin polyester. The back cushions have a density of 18 Kg/m3 and include an adjustable headrest, also covered with 200g resin polyester. The wooden parts are constructed using ecological wooden panels and multilayer panels.
Mechanism and Structure
The sofa features the Positano P12 mechanism, allowing it to open with a single rotation while keeping the seat and back cushions attached to the bed base. The standard bed base is electro-welded with elastic belts in the seating area, with an optional slatted base. The frame is made from 30mm tubing and coated with oven-baked epoxy resin.
