Hand-made in Denmark Vipp still manufactures its pedal bins in Denmark, just as it did back in 1939. The materials are also the same: stainless steel and rubber. Most of the bins components are manufactured at VippҒs own factory. This guarantees a high quality product which is a joy to use on a daily basis. Each Vipp bin consists of up to 42 components and is hand-assembled by skilled craftsmen at our factory. One employee can assemble six bins per hour. >

Marie is a hairdresser, and she decides to open her own salon in Randers, a small town in Denmark. Vipp a family company Holger Nielsen passes away in 1992, aged 78. A man with conservative views, he would never have imagined one of his daughters taking over Vipp. However, Jette Egelund, the couple֒s youngest daughter, cannot bear to see her fathers lifeҒs work disappear, so she decides to take over the company.
