Description: LITHOS MATT is a decorative coating designed to provide a smooth marble and satin effect. It is suitable for interior surfaces such as cement renders, gypsum plasters, prefabricated panels, and wood, provided they are sufficiently smooth. This finish is ideal for enhancing the aesthetic appeal of hotels, offices, shops, exhibition halls, and living rooms.
Method of Application:
- Apply the first coat of LITHOS MATT using a stainless steel trowel, ensuring the surface is smooth. Allow it to dry for 5 to 8 hours. If the surface is uneven, apply a second levelling coat.
- Once dry, lightly sand the surface with fine-grade sandpaper to remove imperfections.
- Use a small stainless steel flexible spatula to apply the decoration in semi-circular movements, forming fine coloured coats. Remove excess material with each movement.
- Continue applying several coats, filling spaces between coloured areas to create a marble effect. Apply harder pressure with the spatula on the final coat to achieve a gloss effect.
- Before final drying, use a clean spatula or cloth to achieve the satin effect.
Consumption Rate: 0.8 - 1.0 kg/m² for a recommended dry film thickness of 1.0 mm.

Lithos matt Finishing plaster, satin marble effect 1. Apply the first coat of LITHOS MATT in the chosen colour with a stainless steel trowel, carefully smoothing the entire surface and allow to dry for about 5 to 8 hours. In case of surfaces which are not plane and smooth, before proceeding with the next steps, it is advisable to give a second levelling coat as above. 2.
