Description: CERAMITZ is a high-quality, continuous wall coating made from colored quartz sands, suitable for both interior and exterior applications. It is particularly effective in environments requiring high resistance to abrasion, shock, and extreme climatic conditions. The product is water-repellent and allows for good transpiration.
Base Coat Application:
  • New Cement Rendering/Cement Lime Mortar: Apply one coat of VIEROQUARTZ thinned 1:1 with water, matching the color of the final product.
  • Gypsum Plasters/Smooth Surfaces: Apply one coat of PRYMER SE followed by one coat of VIEROQUARTZ thinned 1:1 with water.
  • Chalky/Absorbent/Degraded Surfaces: Remove unanchored parts, restore the surface, then apply one coat of PRYMER SE and one coat of VIEROQUARTZ thinned 1:1 with water.
Finishing: After substrate preparation, apply CERAMITZ using an airless spray gun with a 6/8 mm nozzle at 2 – 2.5 atm pressure. The product is ready to use but can be diluted with up to 5% water. Ensure uniform application with the spray gun perpendicular to the wall, maintaining a minimum thickness of 1.5 mm.
Method of Application: Use an airless spray gun with an open cup tank on top.
Consumption Rate: 3 kg/m²
Usage: Suitable for both interiors and exteriors.
