The Vianen Jet Stream canopy is suitable for all types of cooking equipment, whether wall-mounted or in an island arrangement. It features a double skin design that delivers air through slots along the inner front face and sides to contain and direct the thermal plume towards grease filters efficiently.

The canopy is made entirely of type 304 stainless steel, with ultra-fine grain polished surfaces. It is assembled with seamless sections and non-visible mechanical fixings. The edges are smooth and safe, with a condensation channel for easy cleaning. It includes Vianen Fecon grease extraction baffle filters, maintaining a constant exhaust pressure drop of 100 Pa and a Jet Stream supply air pressure drop of 90 Pa.

Jet Stream air is sourced from the ceiling void or ducted from the main kitchen area, passing through an insulated supply air plenum. It is delivered at a maximum velocity of 8m'/s and a rate of 75 m3/h per linear meter, ensuring effective capture of the thermal plume. ABS spot coolers provide personal comfort for cooking staff.

Hanging brackets are fitted for easy installation. The Jet Stream is available in various configurations, including wall, single island, and double island setups.

The Fecon filter is designed for high grease extraction efficiency (95%) and flame resistance. It is constructed from stainless steel, easy to remove, and resistant to aggressive detergents. It meets fire safety standards and is certified by NSF and TNO.

The canopies include V-ITL recessed fluorescent light fittings, compliant with IP54 standards. They are heat and shock-resistant, with options for different electrical supply requirements and in-built emergency lights.
