7 Outdoor Concrete Skate Parks Outdoor concrete skateparks can be built in two fundamentally different construction methods: by concreting on-site or using prefabricated elements. The differences show up after construction in quality and maintenance. On-site manufacturing of skateparks is usually offered by building or civil engineering companies. Neither do they have the necessary skills to shape perfect surfaces by hand, nor can the quality of concrete needed for a good skatepark be achieved on-site due to varying temperature and moisture. 8 Outdoor Classic Skateramps The best choices for low to medium budget projects are our classic skateramps in galvanized steel construction and with maintenance-free HPL riding surface. Even less costly are these ramps with steel riding surface. Thanks to the modular system, the structures can be extended and fitted to almost any need and space. Our ramps are designed for causing a minimum of noise and can hence be installed in residential areas. We offer them as DIY kit or take care of their installation.
