wood boilers, including G25D, GN25D, G25D LS, GN25D LS, G45GV, GN45, G45 LS, and GN45 LS.
Boiler Body Material: The boilers are constructed from boiler plate class 11 and stainless sheet class 17.
Guarantee Period: The guarantee period for the boiler body varies between 2 to 5 years depending on the model.
Specified Fuel: The boilers are designed to use lump wood (up to 50 cm in length and Ø up to 20 cm), wooden briquettes, wood chips, and chips with moisture content up to 20%.
Rated Capacity and Efficiency: The G25D and GN25D models have a rated capacity of 25 kW with an efficiency of 94%, while the G45GV and GN45 models have a rated capacity of 45 kW with an efficiency of 91%.
Fuel Consumption: Ordinary fuel consumption for one heating season ranges from 24 m3 to 48 m3, with average fuel consumption at rated capacity between 7.2 kg/h and 13.5 kg/h.
Adjustability: Continuous operation adjustability ranges from 12.5 to 25 kW for the 25 kW models and 22 to 45 kW for the 45 kW models. Electronic control allows for adjustability from 0 to 12.5 kW or 0 to 22 kW.
Burning Time and Feeding Chamber: The burning time of a full standard feeding hopper is approximately 4.5 to 5.5 hours, with feeding chamber capacities of 125 l or 180 l.
Dimensions and Weight: Boiler dimensions are consistent across models, with height ranging from 1195 mm to 1540 mm, width at 648 mm, and depth at 1100 mm. Total weight varies from 430 kg to 630 kg.
Chimney Requirements: Rated running chimney draught is 15-35 Pa, with a minimum chimney cut of 200 cm² and recommended chimney heights of 7 m or 8 m.
Combustion Gas Temperature: At rated capacity, combustion gas temperatures range from 140-260 °C, and at half capacity, from 110-150 °C.
Water Tank and Pressure: Water tank capacities are 70 l or 92 l, with a maximum operation overpressure of 3 bar (0.3 MPa).
Additional Features: All models include a recooling loop, sensor of chimney temperature, and have an efficiency class of 3 and emission class of CO 3.
