Visio Line Wet or ventilated-air drop-in bain-marie Heated gantry and sneeze-guard (1 level) The Vauconsant wet or ventilated-air bain-marie with or without heated gantry give a large capacity of presentation and ensure optimized temperatures for your products. Thanks to the optimized conception of the air-flow in the well, the Vauconsant ventilated-air bain-marie wells reduce the energy consumption by around 40% compared to a traditional bain-marie. The bain-marie wells to drop-in are designed to hold up to 6 GN1/1 – 150 mm containers (not supplied). The filling of the wet bain-marie is automatic. Temperature regulation in the well is by thermostat with control indicator. Protection against overheating is by use of a safety thermostat. The bain-maries are compliant with AFNOR AC D40-004 guidelines for catering food distribution.
