Visio Line Heated tops or heated buffets to drop in Heated gantry / Sending gantry For all manner of needs - the Vauconsant hot plate drop-in with or without display gives the best solution to display your food dishes while maintaining temperature. The heated top drop-ins are designed to hold from 2 to 6 GN 1/1 - 65 containers (not supplied). Equipped with a halogen heating canopy they provide best possible visibility to your displayed products. Temperature regulation (from +40°C to +120°C) is by a thermostat with control indicator. A safety thermostat protects against overheating. The Visio Line heated tops and buffets are compliant with AFNOR AC D40-004 guidelines for catering food distribution.
