Sandstone adds a distinctive granular appearance to your bedrooms, living room, dining room or den. Use on properly prepared wallboard, plaster, wood, masonry and brick. Do not use on trim, cabinets or furniture. Surface Preparation Read the Lead Warning in Cautions section. For New or Bare Surfaces: New wallboard and plaster should be fully cured and clean. Remove all sanding dust. New walls must be primed with an interior PVA primer. For Previously Painted Surfaces: All surfaces should be clean, dry and free of peeling and chipping paint. Patch any cracks; sand lightly and remove all sanding dust. Do not apply Sandstone over glossy surfaces. Dull all glossy surfaces with sandpaper or liquid gloss remover. Remove all sanding dust and wipe with a damp cloth before applying. Paint only when surface...
