Valspar® Outdoor Spray No. 84600 – Series GENERAL DESCRIPTION Outdoor Paint is designed to be used specifically outdoors on virtually any surface. No primer or top coat is needed. Update wood, metal, and stone surfaces with a splash of color + protection. DANGER! EXTREMELY FLAMMABLE LIQUID AND VAPOR. VAPORS MAY CAUSE FLASH FIRE. CONTENTS UNDER PRESSURE. VAPOR HARMFUL. PRODUCT FEATURES 84601 Contains: Acetone, n-Butyl Acetate, Ethylene Glycol Monopropyl Ether, Ethyl 3-Ethoxypropionate, Xylene, Isobutyl Acetate and Ethylbenzene.  Anti-rust paint + primer  Outdoor color + protection  All-weather protection RECOMMENDED USES Use on wood, metal, wicker, plastic and more. Gloss Peacock Blue (84605) Satin Truffle Hunt (84606) Gloss Red Queen (84607) Satin Koi Pond (84608) Satin Oceanic (84611) SURFACE PREP AND APPLICATION USE WITH ADEQUATE VENTILATION. Clean and dry surface. Remove dirt, grease, etc. Remove gloss from shiny surfaces. Use outdoors or in a well-ventilated area when temperature is 65−90 °F (18–32 °C). Cover nearby area to protect from spray mist. Shake well for at least 1 minute, listening for rattle of mixing ball. Shake frequently during application. Hold can 10–12 inches from surface. Move can back and forth, releasing button after each stroke. Overlap each stroke. Two (2) thin coats are recommended. Recoat anytime. Dry to touch in 45 minutes. DO NOT insert pins or other sharp objects into valve opening of can. To prevent clogging after use, turn can upside down and press spray head for 3 seconds. Exposure to heat or prolonged exposure to sun may cause bursting. Do not expose to heat or store at temperatures above 120 °F (49 °C). Replace cap after each use. Vapors may ignite explosively. Keep away from heat, sparks and flame. Do not smoke. Extinguish all flames and pilot lights, and turn off stoves, heaters, electric motors and other sources of ignition during use and until all vapors are gone. Prevent build-up of vapors by opening all windows and doors to achieve cross-ventilation. Use only with adequate ventilation. Do not breathe dust, vapors or spray mist. Ensure fresh air entry during application and drying. To avoid breathing vapors or spray mist, open windows and doors or use other means to ensure fresh air entry during application and drying. If you experience eye watering, headache or dizziness, or if air monitoring demonstrates vapor/mist levels are above applicable limits, wear an appropriate, properly fitted respirator (NIOSH approved) during and after application. Follow respirator manufacturer’s directions for respirator use. Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing. NOTICE: Reports have associated repeated or prolonged occupational overexposure to solvents with permanent brain and nervous system damage.
