The installation kit includes the following components: 1 x 87° bend, 1 x uriLOCK 0.3 L, 1 x uriCLEAN 0.5 L, 1 x uriCLOTH, 1 x Cover, 1 x suction device, 2 x screws fitting No. 4, and 1 x fitting No. 4.
General Note: Before installing uridan waterless urinals, ensure that existing sewer lines are clean and free of uric scale. The urinals should be connected to ø 50 mm drainpipes and installation must be performed by authorized plumbers.
- Mark and install holes for fitting No. 1.
- Attach the extension pipe to the 87° bend, maintaining a 100 mm distance from the wall to the pipe's center. Shorten the extension pipe if necessary. Place the assembly on the outlet pipe.
- Remove the assembly and attach it to the waste trap.
- Position the urinal with the pipe on the outlet pipe, lift, and secure it onto fitting No. 4.
- Fill the waste trap with water.
- Insert the stainless steel cover.
- Pour 0.3 liters of uriLOCK over the cover.
- Seal the gap between the wall and the urinal with silicone, avoiding the lower tip of the urinal.
Provide the customer with the care booklet, cleaning and maintenance instructions, and the suction device.
