UniMDFcomfort is a medium-density fiberboard (MDF) panel designed for industrial processing and general use in dry spaces. Manufacturing Specifications
The manufacturing process involves mixing wood fibers with UF glue and compressing them under high pressure and temperature. UniLin operates two continuous presses with varying dimensions:
  • Press 1: Width 2440-2600 mm, Length 3250-6530 mm, Thickness 6-28 mm
  • Press 2: Width 1830-2250 mm, Length 3225-6550 mm, Thickness 6-28 mm
Standard thicknesses range from 3 mm to 38 mm, with specific pack quantities and weights available.

  • Formaldehyde content: ≤ 8mg/100g (E1)

UnJMDFcomfort BOARDS Description UniMDFcomfort is made from pine wood, which is responsible for its typical light and stable wood colour. During the manufacturing process, the wood fibres are mixed with UF glue and subsequently compressed under high pressure and at a high temperature to produce a homogeneous MDF board.
