Overview
UniFLAX is a flaxboard designed for use as a filling in fire-retardant doors, suitable for non-structural applications in dry conditions, compliant with EN 1995-1-1 standard. It is characterized by its light density, enhanced fire-retardant properties, high acoustic performance, and ecological nature.

Description
UniFLAX features a dense middle layer and sanded surface layers. The manufacturing process involves compressing UF glue with flax shives at high temperatures for optimal adhesion. The board's natural flax properties contribute to its lightweight and fire-retardant nature, making it an ecological choice.

Technical properties UniFLAX is a flaxboard with a dense middle layer and a sanded surface layer on the top and bottom surfaces of the board. During the manufacturing process, the UF glue is compressed with the flax shives at a high temperature and the glue is distributed evenly to ensure optimum adhesion. The natural properties of flax make it a very light board that is fire-retardant. Thanks to the use of renewable materials, UniFLAX is widely considered to be one of the most ecological panel materials on the market. In all cases the manufacturing of UniFLAX in different densities is customized...
