UniFLAX is a flaxboard designed for use as a filling in fire-retardant doors, suitable for non-structural applications in dry conditions, compliant with EN 1995-1-1 standard. It is characterized by its light density, enhanced fire-retardant properties, high acoustic performance, and ecological nature.

Description
UniFLAX features a dense middle layer and sanded surface layers. The manufacturing process involves compressing UF glue with flax shives at high temperatures for optimal adhesion. The board's natural flax properties contribute to its lightweight and fire-retardant nature, making it an ecological choice.

Range and Options
Manufactured using a continuous press, UniFLAX is available in thicknesses from 8mm to 60mm, widths from 2300mm to 2650mm, and lengths up to 6650mm. Densities range from 350 kg/m3 to 500 kg/m3, with customization available to meet customer specifications.

Applications
UniFLAX is ideal for fire-retardant doors due to its low density and natural fire-retardant properties. Its reduced weight allows for lower technical requirements for door hinges and screws.
