Fibralux® MR Grey Super Matt A grey core coloured MDF panel with a super matt finishing on both sides, creating a unique & decorative super matt, anti–fingerprint & soft touch effect. Available in two grey shades. High-density MDF board, coloured grey in the mass, with a transparent “super matt” finishing Applications on both sides. The coating has anti-fingerprint properties and a very pleasant touch. Moreover, the small wood fibres remain visible on the panel’s surface, emphasizing the natural origin of the product. This finish consists of an inert, UV-hardened lacquer which does not contain any harmful substances. Each panel has a self-adhesive protective film on both sides. The board is subject to minimal expansion and swelling in conditions of high humidity and has a particularly screwable core. Fibralux MR Grey Super Matt has low formaldehyde emission (E1 class, ChemVerbotsV complaint). Moreover, Fibralux MR Grey Super Matt meets the requirements set by the California Air Resource Board. According to ASTM E 1333-96, formaldehyde emission is less than 0,11 ppm, which corresponds to CARB, phase 2 as set by the ACTM. Fibralux® MR Grey Super Matt Applications The board is suitable for all production processes required for furniture construction (sawing, drilling, milling, screwing, gluing, etc…) and can be used for general horizontal & vertical applications. It is not recommended to use the boards for heavy duty / high wear applications (e.g. worktops). The edges of the board can remain untreated. Alternatively, the board edges can also be rounded, finished with edging tape or protected with oil or varnish (please consult our recommendations for more information).
