Procedures:
The cabinets do not have an automatic defrosting system, which is intentional to prevent unpleasant odors during defrosting. Manual defrosting requires switching off the cabinet. A hole at the bottom of the internal tank, equipped with a 3 m pipe, facilitates cleaning and water evacuation.

Each cabinet comes with 8 pairs of stainless steel guides and 8 plastic boxes (22 liters each) with stainless steel spacing grids. The internal dimensions of each box are 426 mm (width) x 378 mm (depth) x 137 mm (height). The door has a self-closing hinge with a 90° brake for easy loading and unloading.
