Overview
The TB 30C is a state-of-the-art crawler concrete pump featuring an S-valve and variable output, designed for demanding construction tasks such as filling bored piles and specialized concrete jobs. It combines cutting-edge technology with a compact design to deliver high performance and low operating costs.

Characteristics
The TB 30C boasts a robust hydraulic system, ergonomic components, and reliable controls. It is suitable for a variety of applications including bored piles casting, pumping concrete up to 35 mm, grouts, self-levelling floor screeds, land reinforcement, micro-piles, pressurized injection of mortars and slurries, compaction grouting, and shotcrete works.

Technical Comfort
The pump features practical doors for easy maintenance, a tubular chassis with integrated tanks, a central lifting eye, and a hydraulically operated discharge door for quick cleaning. It also includes fully hydraulic controls, a new internal layout, and a remote control for both the pump and crawler.

Scope of Delivery
The TB 30C comes equipped with a 4-cylinder liquid-cooled diesel engine, a hopper assembly with S-valve and agitator, a concrete grill with vibrator, a centralized lubrication system, and a hydraulic discharge door. Additional features include a steel crawler chassis, a Bosch Rexroth variable displacement pump, and a radio remote control.

Optionals
Optional features include a water pump, various hose dimensions, a hydraulically controlled air compressor, and rubber pads for the crawler.

Technical Data
The TB 30C is powered by a Perkins 404D22 diesel engine with 36.3 kW (50 HP). It offers an adjustable output of up to 30 m3/h on the piston side and 40 m3/h on the rod side, with a maximum aggregate size of 35 mm. The pump can achieve a maximum working pressure of 80 bar on the piston side and 55 bar on the rod side. It has a hopper capacity of 300 liters and can deliver concrete up to 200 meters horizontally and 100 meters vertically, depending on material quality and hose diameter.

The TB 30C measures 263 cm in length, 150 cm in width, and 192 cm in height, with a total weight of 2,650 kg.
