Refrigeration System

The top-mounted system maximizes storage capacity.

Cabinet Construction
The cabinets are insulated with Ecomate, a high-density polyurethane with zero ozone depletion and global warming potential. They include 5-inch diameter plate castors with locks on the front set.

Door Features
Doors come with lifetime guaranteed bolt-style locks and heavy-duty metal handles. They have a positive seal, self-closing mechanism with a 120° stay-open feature, and magnetic gaskets for easy cleaning.

Lighting and Model Features
LED interior lighting is standard on STR/STA models and optional on STG models. The exterior digital temperature display is available in Fahrenheit or Celsius. The evaporator is epoxy-coated to prevent corrosion, and the units are NSF-7 compliant for open food products.

Electrical Specifications
Units are pre-wired for a 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp outlet, with a cord and plug set included.

Optional Features and Accessories
