Electric meter box outer door and frame (Standard) STOCK CODE: EDP0001 SPECIFICATION AND KEY FEATURES • Suitable for the following boxes: • EBP0011 Electric meter box (UK standard recessed). • M01023 Mitras electric recessed meter box. • M01126 Mitras brown electric recessed meter box. • Constructed from GRP – Glass Reinforced Plastic. • Will not corrode, weather resistant. • Easily cleaned and can be painted. • Fire retardant to BS 476, Part. 7, 1997, Class 2. • Hinges on right. INSTALLATION 1. Position the overbox to cover the existing meter box. The removal of the existing architrave of the meter box may be necessary. 2. Mark the four holes on the brickwork/ plaster 3. Drill the brickwork/ plaster and, using appropriate raw plugs, screw the overbox onto the wall using the (50x3.5mm) screws provided. 4. If necessary, apply sealant around the edge of the frame.
