THE CHANGING AND INNOVATIVE YEARS | HISTORY 1971 Hoechst acquires the business. 1984 Introduction of new patented production technology for core materials based on wood bres and phenolic resin, which partly replace the method of impregnating paper. is new process is known as 'Dry Forming’. 1987 Commercialisation of patented Electronic Beam Curing (EBC) technology with the launch of Trespa Generation 2, meeting increasingly higher standards for surface performance.

PRESSING THE PANEL Finished panels are produced by applying very high pressure at elevated temperature. Core and decor layers are transformed into homogeneous panels of high density. Core material and decor layers are pressed into its required thickness with appropriate surface nishes.
