Application Guidelines:
  • Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, load-bearing, dry to slightly moist, and free from frost, dust, and grease. Adhesion tests are recommended for various substrates.
  • Perimeter Sealing: Apply a 10 mm diameter bead to window frames or construction substrates, ensuring proper alignment and consolidation.
  • Full Face Application: Apply horizontally from the bottom of the wall, ensuring natural water run-off and proper bonding with a minimum overlap of 100 mm.
Coverage: Coverage varies based on bead size, with specific linear meters per 600 ml sausage detailed for different applications.
Cleaning: Fresh adhesive can be removed with AT115 or AT200 Cleaner. Cured material requires mechanical removal.

When tested to EN13501-1 with ME010 Fagade UV & Fire Membrane, the system achieves Class B-s1, d0 (Reaction to fire). On full curing, the product is permanently elastic but with a high mechanical strength. SP025 shows a good resistance to UV, weather and ageing and is free from isocyanates and silicone. Material Mono-component, non-sagging, elastic adhesive based on hybrid-polymers. Necessary Tools • Sausage application gun (such as AA956), smoothing tools such as AA311, and AA301 Smoothing Agent for sealant applications. Protective Equipment Use in well ventilated conditions and ensure all recommended protective equipment is worn during handling & use of this product. For full recommendation, refer to safety data sheet. Fire Membrane Adhesive Usage / Purpose Suitable for bonding and sealing in construction applications.
