Preparation • Always carry out a test to confirm compatibility prior to use. • Protect floor coverings with paper or a plastic film. • The surfaces must be dry, solid, stable and capable of carrying the load of the panels to be installed. • Remove all loose particles, dust and grease. • A speedier cure can be attained by moistening the substrates if needed. Application • Shake the canister vigorously at least 20 times. Remove the protective cap and screw onto the illbruck PU foam gun. • For internal applications: Starting at the middle of the panel, apply a bead of PU010 adhesive across the full width of the board or panel and repeat every 300 mm. • For external applications (EIFS): Apply a bead of PU010 Panel Adhesive around the perimeter of the surface to be bonded. Then across the full width of the board or panel at 300 mm intervals. • For best results always work with the canister in a vertical position and keep the valve pointed downwards. • Move the panel into place and press firmly to ensure a good contact. Hold in position for 2-3 minutes, heavier panels may require additional support during curing. Usage / Purpose PU010 is a rapid curing gun grade polyurethane adhesive. It is ideal for the rapid installation of plasterboard, insulation or acoustic panels, EIFS, roof decking and similar sheet materials. PU010 is compatible with many common substrates including masonry, concrete, timber and metal. Cleaning Remove excess adhesive immediately with AA290 PU Foam Cleaner. Ensure surface is solvent resistant before cleaning. Cured adhesive can only be removed mechanically.
