Storage and Shelf Life: Store in shaded, dry conditions between +10°C and +30°C. Canisters should be stored upright. The shelf life is 15 months when stored as recommended.
Application Instructions:
  • Shake the canister vigorously at least 20 times before use.
  • Attach the canister to the illbruck PU foam gun.
  • Fill joints to approximately 80% of depth to allow for post-expansion.
  • Apply in layers for deep joints, misting with water between layers to aid adhesion and curing.
Cleaning: Use AA290 PU Foam Cleaner to clean the gun and remove excess foam immediately. Cured foam can only be removed mechanically.
Precautions: FM310 is not UV resistant and should be protected from sunlight. It does not bond to polythene, Teflon®, siliconized, or wax-like surfaces. It is extremely flammable and should be kept away from open flames and ignition sources.

Colour Green Packaging 750 ml pressurised canister (12 per carton) Necessary Tools • illbruck foam gun, cutting knife, tape for masking of adjacent areas. AA290 PU Foam Cleaner to clear gun after use. Unstable areas may need to be clamped or secured during curing. Protective Equipment USE IN WELL VENTILATED CONDITIONS and ensure all recommended protective equipment is worn during handling & use of this product. Preparation • Always carry out a test to confirm compatibility prior to use. • Protect floor coverings with paper or a plastic film. • The surfaces must be dry, solid, stable and capable of carrying the load of the panels to be installed. • Remove all loose particles, dust and grease. • A speedier cure can be attained by moistening the substrates if needed. Usage / Purpose FM310 is suitable for general gap filling, bonding and insulation applications. These include the perimeter sealing and fixing of windows and doors, sealing of service penetrations and sealing around insulation panels. Application • Shake the canister vigorously at least 20 times. Remove the protective cap and screw canister onto the illbruck PU foam gun. • For use with the AA210 nozzle, fix the nozzle on the valve and turn by 90 degrees before use. When using, the canister should be kept upside down. Foam volume is regulated by using the adjusting screw and gun's trigger. • Joints should be underfilled to allow for post expansion of the foam. Fill to approximately 80% of joint depth for optimum results. • For best results always work with the canister in a vertical position and keep the valve pointed downwards....
