Cyanoacrylate Activator Preparation • Must be used in conjunction with an appropriate illbruck CY-series super glues. • Surfaces must be clean, dry, smooth, firm and free from any traces of contaminant which may aect adhesion. • Metal surfaces must be degreased using AT200 High Strength Cleaner and completely dry before bonding. Application • Spray CY360 evenly onto one of the surfaces to be bonded and allow sucient time for it to dry. • Apply the adhesive to the other surface. • Bring the surfaces together taking care to align correctly for 10 seconds or as shown below. • The high viscosity formulation allows use in vertical applications as well is for gap filling in joints of up to 0.25 mm.
